Civista Health will present a lecture on lowering your cholesterol without medication on Wednesday, February 15, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Fat, Fiber and Fitness will offer proven information about incorporating soy- and plant-based foods into your diet, increasing your fiber intake and exercise, and its effect on cholesterol—we will even be tasting some delicious foods!
