As Civista works to reduce its waste output and adopt green initiatives to create a healthier environment inside and outside our facilities, we’ve established a multi-disciplinary group of Civista professionals to serve as our Green Team. Led by Civista’s Director of Facilities Lauri Cress, the Civista Green Team is helping our staff discover and implement new policies and guidelines to help make our facility more environmentally friendly.

Moving from single-use to multiple-use products, using hormone- and antibiotic-free foods, conserving energy with smart and natural lighting, and utilizing nontoxic products to keep our facility cleaner without harsh chemicals are all part of our plan to make Civista a healthcare leader in environmental excellence.

Together we can make Civista a safer, greener, more environmentally responsible example for our community.
